By accessing and using Zerolo ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description
Zerolo is an AI-powered reception service that uses voice and chat to handle business inquiries. The Service:
- Provides automated call/chat answering 24/7
- Records conversations for improvement purposes
- Integrates with your business systems
- Does NOT replace human judgment for critical decisions
The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime (target is best-effort reliability)
- Perfect accuracy in all interactions
- Integration with all third-party systems
User Responsibilities
By using Zerolo, you agree to:
1. Use the Service only for lawful purposes
2. Not use the Service for:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Illegal activities
- Spam or fraudulent communications
- Unauthorized access or hacking
- Violating others' intellectual property rights
3. Provide accurate information when requested
4. Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
5. Not interfere with Service operations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.
Intellectual Property
- Zerolo owns all intellectual property in the Service (code, AI models, content, branding)
- You retain ownership of your business data and conversations
- You grant Zerolo a license to use conversations for service improvement
- You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service
- Unauthorized use of Zerolo's IP is prohibited
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
1. Zerolo is not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.)
2. Our liability is limited to fees paid by you in the past 30 days
3. Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations, so this may not apply
If you have a claim, you must notify us within 30 days.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Zerolo harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of law
- Your infringement of third-party rights
Termination
We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you:
- Violate these terms
- Engage in illegal activity
- Abuse the Service
- Pose a security or fraud risk
Upon termination, your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
Dispute Resolution
1. Informal Resolution: First, try to resolve disputes by contacting support@zerolo.ai
2. Binding Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court
- Exceptions: Small claims court claims may proceed in small claims court
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class actions against Zerolo
4. Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved under applicable law (your country of residence)
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside:
- New Zealand users: New Zealand law
- UK users: UK law
- All others: International law principles
Regardless of location, you agree to our dispute resolution process.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to you. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
